About The Event

Welcome to Evangelical School's 1st ever, and hopefully annual, Eaglefest! Our school fundraiser will bring together the community for a weekend filled with joy, entertainment, and the spirit of giving back. Join us in support of our beloved school through live music, food, beverage & beer, inflatables and fun games for the whole family, 50/50 drawings, and other exciting activities and events. Mark your calendars and become a part of this exciting new event that helps enhance our children's educational experiences.

RAIN OR SHINE, Bring your family, invite your friends, and celebrate the strong bonds that make our community so special. Every contribution at Eaglefest makes a tangible difference. Funds raised will be used for critically needed upgrades to technology in classrooms and security features within the school and church facilities.

VOLUNTEER

Eaglefest has around 200 volunteer positions to offer! Volunteers are crucial to this event. Public volunteers are subject to a simple background check at no cost to them, only a name, birthdate, and phone #are required. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. Volunteer for 2 back-to-back shifts (that's 4hrs ttl) and receive a free meal and beverage of your choice.

FINANCIAL

Evangelical School is seeking sponsors for Eaglefest which will raise funds critically needed to upgrade safety features and technology within the school. Online donations are charged a 3% processing fee, which is taken out of your donation. Checks directly made to EVANGELICAL SCHOOL are very much appreciated. Evangelical is currently not state funded and qualifies under the 501(c)(3) exemption, so your generous gift may qualify for a tax deduction. A letter can be provided for tax purposes upon request. There are many ways we can use gift cards, from purchasing event necessities like food and basket items, to filling gift baskets and awarding prizes.
